This past week i received 3 requests for dog walking i have replied back thru email and text , yet with no response back to me. It leaves me wondering if these people are serious or not and how long should i wait? Jim P.

I've had similar issues, I have texted the customer and asked if they were still needing my services. Sometimes they've just forgotten.

When new clients prepare their first booking request Rover suggests they send it to several sitters, typically 4, so you may see a request as not the primary contact, so not hearing back is typically an indicator they booked with another sitter. Hang in there bookings will come
