Of course! When a dog boards with me, they are provided with full care, which includes daily walks, feeding, administration of medications (if necessary). playing, cuddling, etc.

As an independent contractor, you are free to charge or interpret the rate structure however you'd like and charge the customer in an a la carte fashion. But, if you do, it would be beneficial to describe your charges explicitly in your profile.

I pretty sure in the Rover terms that dog boarding requires walking and feeding it’s full care service overnight

I believe as independent contractors we chose what services we provide and when. I am unable to do much dog walking and therefore chose not to include it in my services. My clients understand this and backyard playtime suffices.
