Rover Cards?

Do I have to use Rover cards in order to get paid? I have been using Rover cards but customer support says they don't have proof of it because it doesnt show I have been using them (Owners respond to the cards so I know the owners are getting updates)? I service the Santa Cruz mountain area and cell phone service isnt always that great.

If your booking is set-up as "recurring" Rover cards are required to be sent for each visit/walk. Even with bad cell reception the card will eventually be sent probably the next time you connect to WiFi. I always ask for client WiFi access at the M&G so I am sure I have connectiivty at the begining and end of the visit.
