A perspective clients wants my personal email to give me more info about his requirements. Is this normal? Is this a red flag? I was under the impression all correspondence went through the Rover app.
Please advise.
YUP RED FLAG, conduct all your business on the Rover platform to cover your butt and don't give out personal informaton unless you know and are comfortable with the client
Agreed! I've been asked for my personal phone number as well (not a red flag but I still don't give it). I just let them know the best way to correspond with me is through Rover and to add all of the pertinent info in the care section so I can easily access. Good luck!
