I'm not getting the today screen on the rover app?

I'm supposed to take a dog out this afternoon, but when I log into the Rover App, I do not see the today screen. Based on what I have read, I need to access the today screen in order to send a rover card. Does anyone know this only appears at a specified time? I believe I have the latest version of the app.

Only if the booking has been confirmed by both you and the client will the event appear on the today screen. Double check your booking too see if it is confirmed. And when all else fails call support @888-453-7889
