How do I resubmit a background check on Rover?

My background check report expired and my status is now "suspended" as I failed to submit additional documents to http://Checkr.com within the 6 day deadline. Checkr says to "Please contact the company you are working with to order a new report". On Rover,com I don't see an option to resubmit a background check. The "background check' section says "You've already submitted a background check."
