Typically 5-7 business days. Take a look at your profile page to check your status. https://www.rover.com/account/profile/

You may see a banner letting you know your profile needs a few updates before we can move forward. Check your email for details on what should be updated.

However, if you see X marks next to any section, that means your profile is not yet complete. Complete each part of your profile until there are no more X's.
