Does anyone answer the "help" messaging system?

I have been trying for at least a week to set up my profile as a sitter and get the process started. I have run across the obstacle of apparent duplicate profiles, so the system will not let me past the point of entering my phone number. (Which is already used). The instructions said to message Rover & they would promptly straighten it out, and I have messaged Twice now, but I've had no response to my help request, but have received 12 other emails from Rover, several asking me to please "complete my profile." If no on will answer me, I will have to move on and find other opportunities.
