During drop in visits do I have to track pees, poops, and walks through the app in order to get paid?

I have proof of the visits because I text the owner with updates regarding pees and poops. I also send pictures in real time. I want to know that I will still get paid even though I didn't track everything on the app.

Use of the Rover cards are not mandatory but they are a good tool to use to communicate with the client. You will be paid for the visit

I had to do something similar on a Rover Now walk, and it was fine. I messaged the owner and sent some pictures, but I didn't have good enough reception to run the Rover Card. The payment went through and never heard anything from Rover about it. I imagine it would be the same for a drop in visit. I sent the messages and pictures through Rover though, I'm not sure if you mean that you texted with your personal number. Even so, they can still confirm with the owner that you completed the stay. The owner is the one actually paying you

As long as it's not a recurring booking you're fine. For the recurring bookings, either walks or drop-ins, if you don't do the Rover Card it get's a lot more complicated to get paid for the visit!

I don't even use the drop in visit app thing. I go there, text the owner that I am there, snap a photo of the pup or cat, we do whatever we are to do and when I leave I send photos again.

You are not required to use it in order to be paid.
