I’ve been using the same sitter for over a year. All has been great. I am happy with this sitter. I’ve reached out to her several times over the past 3 weeks and have heard nothing. should I ask Roger to reach out?

Concerned, 2. Wondering why she is ignoring me....we have reservations for her to sit again and 3...should I ask Roger to reach out?

There is always a possibility the sitter is no longer accepting clients or is away, give Rover support a call @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] and they can assist you

Thanks for your response. I have this sitter booked for February and she hasn’t cancelled so I am hoping she is still with Rover. I did contact Rover and they said she is in away mode. But it’s been more than 3 weeks. I’m just worried.

I wouldn't wait any longer to find a replacement sitter or you may end up canceling your travel. Best of luck

Why find a replacement? It's a booked stay over a month away, and sitter is in away mode. Maybe she's been out of the country (like i recently was).

She could be in hospital or away...Rover people should definitely call her/text her and find out what's going on instead of telling the client the sitter is in away mode. I would definitely call Rover again and asked them to contact her.

Thank you Lenka. I will do that. This sitter has sat for me many many times and I even reached out on her personal cell and got nothing! So yes I am concerned about my upcoming stay even though it’s a month away.

I understand your concern. I guess I was thinking of my own personal experience, out of the country for 3 weeks and unavailable by text message. i wouldn't have got your message till I got back. But then again my clients don't have my personal cell-only the Rover-provided number for phone/texting.
