Rover asks for rating dog you walked/sat for. It says the comments are internal to Rover. That isn't clear to me if the pet owner sees the comment or not. Does the pet owner see the rating comments?
Clients/owners do not see any review that is left about them or their dog. These reviews are for Rover support only so they have a history of the specific dog. Also after you submit a review you cannot ever recall or see it again so most of us add the review to the dog note section where it can be recalled and reviewed only by you as neeeded.
I think it would be more transparent and fair if clients could see their ratings. Just as with the sitters, how can one improve if one doesn’t know how the animal or client is viewed?
I agree with you. Also if they see that you left a review for them... it might encourage them to leave a review for you as well.
Your customer does not see the review you leave. It's just for you to help keep track of your clients dogs its in house software. I do it all the time and had ask my clients about it and they never received any thing.
