Hi! So my range includes going through a very expensive toll to get to the next town. Is is possible to create a rate for any clients in that town to cover the cost? Also, what is an appropriate holiday rate for each of the services? Thanks!
The Rover platform does not have an option to add a genetic custom rate but does allow you to modify a booking request to add the toll fee as an additional charge. Rover recently announced that for specific clients you can have a fixed rate specific to that client after the first booking is completed, but there is nothing in the help section that descrbies how to do it yet.
Many sitters bump their holiday rate $5-$10 more than their standard rate.
