Is there a way that I can auto reply to requests made during MY vacation?

I am going to Mexico for a few days. I wont have cell or internet service. I have marked myself out in the calendar.

I pride myself on fast responses to pet care requests. What if I get a request for a future date?

Is there a way that I can auto reply to requests made during my vacation so my clients and potential clients know I will reply in several days? How does the "away" feature work?

There is nothing on the Rover platform that can help you with an auto-response, but your phone may have the capability to auto message so check it out. I think you also posted on FB and got the same response.

If you set your self as away you won't get requests from new clients but I think existing clients can still reach out to you with a booking request.
