Client Photos Not Showing on Profile?

For the first client I ever had, the photos I took showed up on my profile, so future clients could see the dogs all happy or whatever. I've had a few bookings since then with a couple different clients and none of the photos have shown up on my profile.

I can't find any way to put them on. How can I do this? The "Hide Photos" in settings is turned off, so that shouldn't be the problem?

Is there a way to fix this?

I have the same question. I have nice photos I uploaded but only 4 not so nice photos from rover cards are showing on my profile from customer prospective. Why bother uploading photos? I'll look at the hidden option you mentioned.

There's a new page format showing up for me when I look at sitters' profiles, including my own. There doesn't seem to be a section for Canine Clients anymore. I don't know if Rover has just eliminated it or moved all the photos into your profile pics. Seems Rover has redesigned the profile pages and not informed anybody.

@karen I just starting seeing it last night, looks more mobile and tablet friendly. Thanks Rover for letting the community know about the updated look

The client photo section is gone, and the photos won't show up there anymore. Instead they were moved to your regular photo folder.

Have you checked to see if the pictures are posting to the clients profile? And of you can manually load the best pictures to your profile, not all sitters allow every photo to post because not all photo's are good ones. If you continue to have problems and you want all pictures to post I would give support a call to see if they see anything that we cannot see. [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed.
