Does anyone give their clients a Christmas gift?

I have a handful of really good, regular clients that I love the owners & the dogs... I am sure they are going to give me a Christmas bonus. What, if anything, should I give them in return? I was thinking like a basket for the dogs & a basket for the owners? Or maybe just a basket for the dogs? I don't know. Please let me know what you guys do? Thanks.

I'm not much for Christmas and don't like the sense of obligation. I always leave owners flowers and sometimes other small gifts, such as a jar of jam from Germany. One man likes Halloween, so I left toy spiders; another client got a catnip plant. Sometimes I send photos related to their interests.

I get cheap, but comfortable and cute fleece blankets for the pups to snuggle up with and plan to accompany that with small toy based on the dog and their habits

For my regular clients I always give cute pictures in cute frames. I go tho Kohl's for cute dog frames. I also go to the dollar store and get a lot of squeaky toys for the non toy destroyers. Also, if I know the dogs favorite treat I get that and I just do gift cards and a card for the owners.

I typically give a gift for the dog as buying for the people always stresses me out and gets expensive. Usually it's a few small toys and treats with a card. It's always appreciated!

I get a cute photo of their dog printed out at Walgreens for about 30 cents. Then I buy a cute frame at the dollar tree. I also like to get a mug with photos of their dogs at Snapfish (but I wait until they have a GOOD discount). People LOVE these gifts :)

I mostly walk and perform drop-ins and have recurring walks scheduled every M-F, so of course, for all of them, I give them a holiday gift, typically a nice bottle of wine, a treat bag for the pup and a nice holiday card. All of them reciprocate

I might say give the family a card and a treat for the dog, but I would think the pet owners would be giving you a gift not the other way around!

I have seen in some grocery stores in Texas have Rover gift cards, now! Add that in with a holiday card and some home made treats.

And you can get them in the Rover Store

Great idea!!!

I think pet parents really appreciate a small gift. I always give a holiday card and some holiday treats in a cute bag at Christmas. For new clients I really like I do the same but give a thank you card. I also add my business card on a magnet.

Call my a Grinch but I only give to the really good clients but I give them nicer more expensive gifts. This year I used Shutterfly. They take photos and etch them into stone tablets that last forever for about $45-$50 delivered. They come with little wooden stands.
