Do I change my availability for a potential boarding before the meet and greet?

I keep getting a lot of people wanting to board with me over the holidays but I have already told some owners that I could and we are waiting to do our meet and greet that hasn't happened yet (planned in the future). My question is, do I change my availability as if I got the job even though our meet and greet could fall through or not work out. If that is the case would I then just go back and change my availability back to open?

Rover automatically adjusts your availability based on pending/upcoming/unaccepted bookings. This is why the archiving feature is so helpful... so you can get rid of the ones that you know aren't going to happen and are just sitting there cluttering up your calendar & inbox for no reason.

Many sitters archive all their bookings shortly after they arrive so their calendar availability remains open, far too often the planned booking doesn't move forward for a myriad of reasons. Best of luck with the holiday season
