Client was scheduled for a meet & greet but canceled a few days before?

Client Booked a Meet & Greet but messaged a few days prior to cancel since her brother was now able to watch the dog. How do I cancel the request, or do I even need to?

You just have to archive the booking request as "owner changed plans" and the booking will go away and your availability opened up on your calendar. This happens to all of us, continued success
