How does creating a repeat booking for your clients affect your booking score?

I like being able to easily set up a booking for my clients. It’s so much easier when all they have to do is click confirm for the dates we’ve already discussed. But, I was wondering how my booking score is affected when I send the request to a client (rather than the other way around). I’m always a little bit nervous that the client changed their mind for the last time they talked to me, and no longer wants the booking. Are booking scores calculated only when I get new requests from clients? Or does sending a request to them also affect it? Thanks!
