Can I locate a sitter by using their name?
I have the name of someone who is on Rover but cant find them on search. Is there a way to enter their name & locate?

Rover's search doesn't allow you to do that. However, if you know their last name, you can try searching on Google. You would search for their first name and last name initial (like Maryann B), Rover, name of city/town. It often works that way.
When all else fails, then call Rover Customer Support at 888-453-7889 for assistance finding this person.
