I recently received a request to board a dog for 4 days and the total price does not match my rates is this because of coupons or something?

I am constantly having to edit fee schedule. Don't know if clients are selecting wrong or is program not allowing them to select correctly? Can't do subtracting in program of numbers. Can't add services or define adjustments. Slows me down on responding on requests.

First off, coupons will never affect you. Rover absorbs the special promos/coupons that customers use.

Could you be more specific about how it differs?

It must have been a system glitch because now it is showing the correct amount that I would receive for the boarding. Before it said $15 for 4 days of boarding which was way off but now it is corrected.

My previous booking 10/8-10/12 also did not match my rates and was not corrected. My rates were $25 a day, however for five days the total before Rover fees was $112....Is there anything I can do?

It was reported earlier today 10/11 there was a system wide problem with new bookings

Hello! Maybe you can help me too, I have 3 booking requests this year and in each of them I am not getting paid for one night, for an example I have a recent stay booked and instead of 6 nights Rover shows only 5 nights?? And in every single booking for 2019 year I am missing one day of my fees.

You should reach out to Rover support if you feel your bookings are incorrect on the platform

Thank you!
