It appears that I have been paid only part of my pet-sitting fee. Rover still owes me money. Status states it's pending. What does that mean and when will I get the remaining amount of money I earned?

If it says "pending", it means the stay is not over yet. You get paid 2 days after the stay is completed. Then the status will change from Pending to Redeemable.

What percentage of the stay have you been paid? Remember that Rover keeps a chunk of what you charge, typically 20% depending on when you started and whether you use RoverGO (see https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar... ). So if you charge $20 for house sitting and you have a 5-night stay, you will get paid $80 ($20 x 5 nights x .80) within 2 days of finishing the stay.
The "pending" amount represents how much you will be getting paid IF you complete all the upcoming stays you have booked.
