Have any other sitters had this issue on Drop-in booking requests?

This is a support ticket I put in today and the only resolution was to have the Rover support agent create a new booking for me (for whatever reason they have the ability to specify the number or visits per day when the number of visits each day is not the same :

Hello, I have a client that has sent me 3 different stays for upcoming Holiday Drop-ins:

  • **Drop-In Visits request booking #1 : 1 visit on Fri, Nov 16 at 07:00 PM 2 visits on Sat, Nov 17 at 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM 2 visits on Sun, Nov 18 at 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM 2 visits on Mon, Nov 19 at 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM 2 visits on Tue, Nov 20 at 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM 2 visits on Wed, Nov 21 at 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM 2 visits on Thu, Nov 22 at 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM 2 visits on Fri, Nov 23 at 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM 2 visits on Sat, Nov 24 at 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM 2 visits on Sun, Nov 25 at 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM 1 visit on Mon, Nov 26 at 07:30 AM

    The problem is documented in the attached image (this has been an issue for quite a few other stays and I really wish Rover would fix it) To summarize I am unable to specify how many visits for each day, it is available to my knowledge for the dog walking (correct me if I am wrong) - this results in an inaccurate price summary. Please use the October booking as an example:

    Drop-In Visits request booking #2: 1 visit on Fri, Oct 12 at 07:00 ...

The option to pick the number of visits per day is available but many clients have little idea of how to use it when creating a booking. Just like the support team told you "When your client initially sends you a request, they're able to add a different number of walks/drop-ins per day." But Rover hasn't yet implemented an easy way for the sitter community to modify the booking so its correct in reflecting the correct number of visits per day.

Even though its a pain you can always ask the client to create a correct booking if you walk them through it. Best of luck

Oh no I know about that but I just like to have good customer service for my clients. It would be really nice if Rover would fix this. I will continue to make Rover make the changes like I did this time. I have had this happen many times and it is very frustrating.
