Not allowing me to contact anyone? Keeps saying needs to be more than $0?

Website glitch? When I try to contact anyone the site won’t let me. Keeps stating I need more than $0 ?

I would log out of the Rover platform then log back in and try again. If you still are encountering problems I would call Rover Support @ 888-453-7889 for their assistance.
