How to get review option back?

I finished a booking yesterday and the owner said they would be able to give me a review tonight but I saw that the stay has been completed. I know I have reviewed already but I don't think the owner has yet. This has happened before with another owner but lucky he booked me again and left a review the second time around. Is there a way for me or the owner to get the review option back? I understand that sometimes the owner don't have time right away to give a review but I wish there was a way to get the option back or should have a extend option for reviews.

Reviews can be written anytime after a stay is completed. There isn't a time limit within which to get it done. Rover will always send them a reminder message with a link to write the review. There should also be the option in their Inbox under Past Stays. Same place as the Rebook link.

If this is an idiosyncrasy of the app, then go to a desktop because the review option doesn't expire there.
