How long does it typically take for a profile to get approved?

Well if I remember correctly pretty quickly depending if you have some references and the back ground check completed. Just write to Rover and ask them what if anything is holding things up.

If you have already submitted your profile Take a look at your profile page to check your status. https://www.rover.com/account/profile/

You may see a banner letting you know your profile needs a few updates before we can move forward. Check your email for details on what should be updated.

However, if you see X marks next to any section, that means your profile is not yet complete. Complete each part of your profile until there are no more X's.

Then, the sitter team will review your profile and get in touch with you via email, typically in 5-7 business days.
