Hi! I'm trying to complete my Rover profile and have hit the background check portion, but it seems like there's only one level - Enhanced.
After some searching, I see there typically is a Basic level offered. I'm not seeing it all on my screen...how do I get a Basic background check?
The difference in the cost of basic or an enhanced background check is only a few dollars so I would go ahead with the enhanced one. However you should be given the option of selecting which one you want, if it's not offering the basic one I would reach out to Rover support for clarification @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed.
