30 Minute Drop In Visit Question?

I am confused about the timing of visits. I see that a sitter logs in when they arrive and logs out when they leave. When a visit is supposed to be 30 minutes and someone only stays for 20 minutes or less, will I still be charged for 30 minutes? Is it the same charge regardless of the amount of time the sitter stays?

Sitters are supposed to spend 30 minutes with your pet during a drop-in visit unless you have agreed to a shorter time. You have paid for the 30 minutes and if the sitter has shortchanged you I would direct your question to them as to why?

What can I do if she stays only 5 minutes each visit, and don’t play at all with the dog?
