I accidently posted duplicate photo's in my pet owners profile and I would like to delete 2 of them. I cannot figure out how to do that. Has anyone done that before?
Hi Maureen, if you go to your dashboard, your pets should be listed at the bottom of the page. Below them are buttons to edit their details and images. When you're in the edit images page, if you hover your mouse over the image you want to remove, a trash can icon should appear. Clicking it will delete that photo.
Pardon the confusion. I'm a Sitter, so the "my pet owners profile" I was referring to is not my own but that of my customers. I accidentally posted a personal picture of mine on a customers page along with the photos of their dog from that day. I tried to remove it after posting it and cannot.
Ah, I see. You can't remove a picture from another person's profile, but you can choose to hide it. In order to have it removed, you'll have to contact Rover support.
