What do I do if a client has more pets than listed?

I have a meet up with a client that mentioned they actually have 2 dogs, not just the 1 listed on their profile. How do I approach this topic with the client. I did mention it during our messaging, but they didn't update their profile or request..

I’ve had this Happen with people not listing their cats and if they are nice I tell them I won’t charge the first time but the next time I will just give them a discounted rate for the cat. With a dog I would just explain to them it needs to be there or just modify the booking to charge extra

When you have your M&G, offer to help them create the second profile. If they balk at that or make excuses, tell them that all dogs must be listed for Rover's guarantee.

If you are house sitting for these people, explain that you have a ridiculously low additional dog fee ($5) or for drop-ins just $3. They couldn't have both dogs taken care of for such a low amount anywhere!

Do NOT accept the job unless it is corrected. Refer it to Rover and have them personally follow-up with the client.
