Last minute need a sitter because the other sitter had them pick up there dog?

Okay so newbie rover sitter here, i just had my first boarding 8/8/18 to 8/9/18 WENT AMAZING ! i have 2 dogs of my own and they all 3 played and were awesome. So that dog leaves and its dinner time and i get a message from rover that they need a sitter asap bc the last sitter made them get there dog , bc "the other dog" went to attack there dog. I gladly accepted the offer and set up the meet and greet with my furry friends for 9pm tonight. So during the introduction there dog growled and lunged at my dog and he cowered in fear! His dog is 9 and mine are 2 and 1, i get he might be an old timer and want to be left alone but is there a way we can note for other sitters that this client might be better off with someone sitting who has no pets or elder?

Yes, the quickest way is Please call Rover at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] to note on the client's account And also encourage the client to use rover support to help find a sitter who has no pets.

Even if this dog left, you can message him that you think his dog will be happiest in a home where his dog is the only one to get spoiled with attention (not that he's possibly aggressive) and support can help him find that for no additional charge/no extra fee as a free service. Besides that, if he already booked a sitter on rover and he needs to find another sitter, they'll usually book the new sitter and pay for any cost difference even if that new/replacement sitter costs more!
