What number do your text notifications come from?

I unsubscribed from text notifications awhile ago, because they're annoying as heck, but apparently I have to have them enabled in order to complete the new on-demand dog walking certification. Support told me to text "START" to +1 206 800 6593, which I did (twice) to no apparent effect. I checked my account settings online, and confirmed that text notifications are enabled. I'm at a loss. The only thing I can think of is that the number I was given is wrong, so -- is this the number you receive text alerts from? Or does anyone else have any other suggestions?

Sitters don't have a dedicated Rover number it changes with each potential client. If you cannot get this resolved I would call the support team @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Thanks for your answer, but that's not what I'm asking. My question is: what number does ROVER use to contact SITTERS (with reminders, updates, etc.)?

You should contact Rover support and they can provide you with the answer. Support does not monitor this forum
