Why do my customers always ask for my address even after booking?

Why do my customers always ask for my address even after booking? Make it more visible to them. Never had this issue with DogVacay.

I get that too with meet and greet. With the meet and greet they are not scrolling down the page. I am not sure about bookings, I guess they have to open and check itinerary?

Rover doesn't really look at this board so if you'd like to make a suggestion you should call customer service. 888-453-7889

Perhaps they are not looking at the itinerary that Rover sends, which gives your address and Rover phone number.

Because majority of people do not read profiles and itinerary :)
