Are scores negatively impacted by requests that owners do not respond to?
I get a lot of last-minute bookings. Often, potential clients want me to start a service without doing a meet and greet. When I tell them that I must meet them first, they stop talking to me, so I archive the request. Does this hurt my booking score?
