First Client - Do I respond by text or phone?

Just wondering what is standard or what customers prefer. Thanks!

I do text and then tell them I would like to do a meet and greet before anything. I just like the face to face and to make sure I am comfortable with accepting the booking (meet and greet gives me a chance to meet the dog (s) and owner and get a feel for things, if it does not feel right I will not do it).

Most sitters will probably say text them back ASAP, but if you have a lot of questions to ask the potential client call them on the Rover number found on the booking request. Best of luck

I would text them first, and I would ask what time would be the best time to call (on Rover number). So you can get more information and ask more questions (if you have any) about their pet for booking. Good luck.
