Yes, you can enter a cost adjustment during the booking process. Just add a minus - sign, to get the right amount discount.
Hi Deb, Thanks for your response. I currently accepted to Book their request now I'm just waiting for the confirmation. Currently I'm seeing only the subtotal, so this is done after they accept, correct?

Hi, Gabe. The modification must be done before they accept. You'll need to cancel the pending stay. Then click "modify". From there you'll be able to make a cost adjustment. Once that is done, re-confirm the booking your end.
