How do I to speak to someone via phone. Can't modify only and am being erroneously charged? Please provide the number?

I need to correct the dates on an upcoming home drop in visit schedule. I have not been able to successfully do so online because I thought I was correcting a previous request reducing the number of days/visits, but when I clicked on the link it seems the whole original dates were being charged.
