Hi the dog sitter I booked cancelled but my credit card was already billed. How long will it take to receive a credit back to my card?

When you book through Rover, Rover holds onto the funds until at least two days after the service is complete, before paying the sitter. So if the date care was needed hasn't passed, Rover would be willing to replace that sitter with another.
