How can I tell if a client canceled my booking?

I see a cancellation but it also still looks active to me. Says she paid and still shows up in the upcoming bookings area. I really don't want to assume it's canceled until I know for sure so the cat is taken care of. Thanks, Kristy

Walt is right, you should have been notified of what was canceled. You can also try reaching out to your client to verify you are still on (or not) for the booking. Most clients know that Rover can be a little confusing at times and most will appreciate the fact that you are being thorough.

Check your pending and upcoming folders if it's gone it may have been canceled. You should have received either a text or email informing you.

It will be in the Archived folder and marked Cancelled.
