Can individual days be cancelled within a period of consecutive booked days?

I have a client who has booked me M-F for the month of May. If their day-to-day schedule changes such that they do not need me on one particular day, are they able to cancel just that day?

I do not expect to be paid for a day I do not walk their dog, but am unsure if/how they can cancel a single day when their initial booking request was for a block of days.

Wanting to make sure I am educated for myself and clients!!

I have been a walker for 2.5 years on Rover and most of my clients cancel a walk once in a while. You the walker can modify the booking to cancel the day by submitting a modify note to support from the upcoming bookings tab https://www.rover.com/account/inbox/u... Select the client and click the modify button, support will make the modification and both you and the client will receive a notification once the mod takes place, typically a few hours after you submit. I do this for my clients as its quick and easy and the client doesn't have to do a thing.

If this client becomes recurring I would recommend you ask them for shorter booking periods so you get paid quicker - unless you don't mind being paid once a month - best of luck

Yes they can cancel any day they want. They need to contact Rover customer support and they will gladly cancel.
