Can I delete client dog photos from my page?

Hello!

Is there a way to go through and delete some of the photos I've sent my clients of their dogs? I know there's a check box when sending that says they'll post to your page, but once they're on your profile can they be deleted. Have a few I'd like to take down so that it's a bit more selective.

Thanks in advance for your help & time!

From Rover Support: Thank you for reaching out to us about this! You're now able to hide these stay photos -- the only thing you'd have to reach out to us about is to have them fully deleted from the stay conversation with the owner. To hide a stay photo from public view, just follow these steps:

Go to www.rover.com and sign in to your Rover account.

Navigate to your Inbox by selecting the envelope icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

Select the booking which has the photo you’d like to remove from public view.

Select the green Stay Summary button on the left side of the page.

Select the dog’s name on the right side of the page.

Select the photo you’d like to remove from public view, then click hide photo.

This photo will no longer appear on your public photo and will still be visible by the pet parents.

If you have a lot of photos from different clients, from your inbox select Past Stays (on the right, in blue letters). You'll see all of your clients and their dog names. Click on the client or dogs name and all the photos will show for that client/dog. Navigate through the photos, and select the photo you want to hide and select Hide. I agree with wanting to balance the photos among clients to represent the variety of dogs you sit to show on your profile.
