Viewing my past customers I have a quite a few that leave their dogs with me a few times a year but I am wondering if any sitter send those customers that only use you once a little note letting them know you are still active. What do you say to them.
Just send them a quick note. "just checking in to see if you have any travel plans coming up in the next few months and my need my services?"
I also send them a message asking how their "sweet" pups (name(s)) are doing. I let them know my availability for the up coming holiday and tell them that I do book up quickly and to please contact me if they are planning a trip and will need a sitter. I only do this once or twice a year but if I don't hear back then I don't contact again.
