Extended day rates?

Do you do this? Charge more?

I am doing a 2 week stay and charged my regular fee every night.

Yes, there is an extended stay rate. Most sitters use this to discount their rate for longer boarding stays. They determine the dollar amount and when it kicks in, e.g., after one week or whatever.

However, I see that you really only do house sitting. As far as I'm concerned, the longer you stay, the more inconvenient it is for your personal life, so you may want to think it through and research whether it really is a common practice to do so.

In my policies I let people know that rates are based on time and work involved or an agreed upon rate. This allows for different situations and client needs.

I charge different rates for different customers. It just depends on how much work the dog is and if the parents are pleasant and cooperative.

You asked this question phrased differently earlier. Home sitting is for a 24 hour period and drop-ins during the day are not extra. Since you are new to Rover highly recommend you spend time reading the help section to get a better understanding on how Rover operates

I did read how rover works. On the rate page there is an option to change your fee : Extended Stay Rate Applies to longer stays. This is your custom rate for per dog per night. I didn't know if anyone used this. The title should read extended stay rates. My mistake.
