Do you need data/wifi to start or send rover cards ?

The simple answer is yes. I would ask my clients for access to their WiFi, most will be happy to give you access. Not sure if the GPS will track correctly but if your phone and plan don't support it, it will be what it will be. The Rover card will tell the client what time you arrived and what time you ended the service and can send them a picture. Best of luck!

I have an issue also about this wifi to access the rover cards. Actually, I am accessing this on my iPhone and it shows an http://www.ipadsupportnumber.com/blog/fix-ipad-error-code-4013/ (error 4013) and it is difficult for me to remove this problem if anyone has an idea then please assist me.
