How do I contact Rover.com technical?

I tried to submit a request for boarding on http://Rover.com and I got the message "Another user already has this phone number. Please use a different one, or contact customer support." This phone number is my phone number. I have had it for 20 years. contacting support on this web site is impossible. Any solutions?

Error with booking - credit card same as always on file, nothing changed, not expired, credit card company fine.
