Could instructions for FIRST TIME WALKERS be a bit more basic? Especially for BlackBerry Users?

Could instructions for FIRST TIMERS be a bit more basic?

Could they include something like:

  1. Take a photo as soon as you arrive and get settled
  2. Take a photo halfway through your walk
  3. Take a photo at the end of your walk
  4. Text each photo to owner and remind them that Rover Walkers LOVE REVIEWS!

I just completed my first WALK (yay!) and MESSED up :( because I was having so much fun I forgot to take PICTURES. I think it MIGHT have said on the confirmation page "Don't forget to take pictures" but I didn't realize that it was MANDATORY! I am at a cute disadvantage, because I have a BlackBerry ;) and Rover doesn't APP that. But Rover likes ANDROID and APPLE. Is there any way around that?

P.S. if those instructions are there somewhere, then i totally apologise and i am just grateful that <<yay>> I had my first Rover customer today!

The Rover App prompts you to include a picture; but as you said you have a Blackberry!! Rover sends emails frequently reminding you to take pictures and it appears in the booking confirmation - how many prompts do you need? And most clients like to receive the Rover card along with a picture from each walk, the card is also a record that you started and completed the service. Maybe time to upgrade your phone if you are serious about this business

First timers new to Rover just want to do the right thing. First time users may not be able to upgrade their phones until such time as they have a few walks under their belt, so to speak. Thank you for your response and your suggestions. Perhaps not as helpful as you intended. But thanks again :)
