Rookie trying to make first booking?

I just got my first text that someone needs a walk right away ( this is my first day) When I went to my inbox nothing was there...do I need to do something else or did someone else beat me to it.

If you are part of the Quick Match program for on-demand walks the text was to notify you of a potential booking for that day. If you didn't respond immediately another walker grabbed it, it's first come, first served. Good luck in the future and welcome to Roer
