You should definitely call her via her Rover number and if you aren't able to get in touch that way then call Rover's support line at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Did you pay the sitter directly or did you book it through Rover? If you had booked it through Rover and paid Rover, then you would have the sitter's name , address, and contact number on the booking confirmation Rover sends.
