How can I make my profile stand out more and get more requests?

I have a few reviews and one testimonial, is there any other i can make my profile more appealing? Please let me know what you think about my account. I am also curious as to why my profile keeps moving on the rankings page, besides the fact of new sitters. Thank you (:

No one responded from Feb, so I peeked at your profile and it looks great. Also, see you have lots of reviews and it appears you are doing well as a Rover sitter - congrats and continued good luck
