I never got my $25 dollar new customer discount?

I am booking my first service through you and I never got the discount and no promo code works, even though I haven't booked a service yet

It doesn't work that way. Only NEW profiles will get a discount. If you already had a profile and you are a pet sitter and then want to book a stay from another sitter, you will NOT get the discount.
