Ask more friends and family to write testimonials for you, the more you have the better until you receive client reviews. The one is see is from 2016 - that's not good as it isn't current
How long ago did you setup your profile? Looks like you started it years ago so you don't show up in searches for boarding until page #3 - that shows inactivity = again you need fresh testimonials

Add a few more dog pictures to your profile, client's love seeing other pups
You mention your wife, she is not on your profile but probably should be. To change this call Rover Support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] She will need to provide her social security number and pass the background check
Your main photo is nice showing you and your pup but it looks blurry to me. Take a better picture.
